CAREER INTERESTS

My career spans entrepreneurial sales and product development of both hardware and software.

I started in product development, holding several engineering roles in diverse manufacturing environments across multiple industries. I've contributed throughout the entire process from R&D to mass production - collaborating with production teams and related departments to bring innovative products to life.

After gaining a unique ability to create value (product development), I shifted my focus to learning how to capture that value (sales). I invented products of my own and launched them as startups.

I doubled-down on learning sales by securing a full-time sales position selling manufacturing equipment. I travelled globally (USA, EU, Asia) to support new/existing clients - touching all parts of B2B sales and collaborating with in-house engineers to develop new products.

I combined my product development, manufacturing, and sales skills to go full-time on my current B2B SaaS startup, Relay Ace - a modern ERP for Aerospace & Defense manufacturers!

PERSONAL INTERESTS

My hobbies are a big part of who I am. My favorites are fishing, poker, and soccer. I also enjoy traveling, beach days, billiards, reading, snowboarding, and hitting the gym.

Fishing is my all-time favorite and the inspiration behind my portfolio's fish-themed home page. I spin, fly, and ice fish. I served as President of the Cornell Fishing Club in college. Pictures of some of my favorite catches are below.

Poker is a card game I learned in college. My two favorite poker variants are Texas Hold'em and Pot Limit Omaha. I treat poker less as a gambler's game of chance and more as an outlet to hone my decision-making skills.

Soccer has always been a big part of my life. I was part of either my school or local club soccer team up until the end of high school. I played recreationally in college. I've attended two world cups: Germany 2006 and Russia 2018.
